ELIGIBILITY EQUALS OPPORTUNITY

"Wake up. It’s game day. It’s time to turn up and turn heads. To make friends that feel like family. It’s time to surprise yourself."

WHY ARE GRADES IMPORTANT TO COLLEGE ELIGIBILITY?

Students working toward academic eligibility in high school follow a path for National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) eligibility as they must meet several academic requirements throughout their high school careers.

By meeting these requirements, students are able to participate in college sports. University of Nebraska HS provides several video tutorials with details about NCAA academic requirements.

To view the tutorials visit http://highschool.nebraska.edu/academics/ncaa-eligibility/ncaa-requirements.

Important resources as well as requirements submission are also available through the NCAA Eligibility Center at http://www.ncaa.org/eligibilitycenter.
